This website is devoted to my real life passion – legal aspects of business. The significance of this issue is well known to everyone who runs business operation. Often the problem does not lay in a successful transaction but rather in its legal backgrounds or the tax issues related to it. And where additionally we deal with a business operation on the international level – the degree of complexity of the issues extremely increases.
